Mel Pang
Counsellor
Mel is a counsellor with a grounded, thoughtful approach shaped by her earlier career in the legal field, a background that continues to strengthen her commitment to ethics, clarity and client care.
She has always found herself drawn to understanding what people feel beneath the surface, the emotions, stories and inner worlds that shape who they are. This curiosity, together with a desire for deeper and more meaningful human connection, led her to pursue and complete a Master of Counselling.
In her work with clients, she focuses on creating a space where people can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely supported. She hopes her sessions feel like a steady, welcoming place to land, somewhere clients can untangle their thoughts and emotions without pressure, and move at a pace that feels right for them.
She believes that meaningful change grows from feeling safe enough to be open, both with yourself and with someone who is there to support you. With this in mind, she works alongside clients as they sort through their emotions, strengthen their resilience and take steps toward the changes they hope for.
